Head of Healthcare and Life Sciences - North AmericaDave Liu

Mr. Liu brings 18 years of industry experience to the Firm. As the Head of Healthcare and Life Sciences North America, he is responsible for the Medical Office and Life Sciences Asset Management sectors. He also manages operating partner relationships across multiple markets and healthcare product types. In addition to overseeing the development and strategic management of the firm’s real estate assets, Mr. Liu assists the Transactions group in sourcing and evaluating potential acquisition and development opportunities nationwide.

Prior to joining Harrison Street, Mr. Liu worked at Ventas in a variety of roles within Acquisitions and Asset Management, most recently serving as VP of Asset Management at Ventas, where he developed and executed the asset management strategy for Ventas’ Life Science & Innovation portfolio. Prior to Ventas, he served as Director, Real Estate Acquisitions & Dispositions for the Sears Holdings Corporation.

Mr. Liu graduated from Bates College with a BA and earned an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
