Portfolio Accounting and Reporting Viviana Raymond

As a Director in the Portfolio Accounting and Reporting group, based in London, Viviana is responsible for the oversight of tax related queries at fund and portfolio levels. She’s also assists with the strategic expansion of the Luxembourg office by setting up processes and building up the main operations for fund management and portfolio management oversight. In her role, Viviana actively cooperates across other team’s practices, ensuring the appropriate compliance with applicable tax laws of the various European jurisdictions where the firm invests in.

Prior to joining Harrison Street, she was a Director in the international transaction and tax service team at Ernst & Young. She advised private equity and real estate asset managers on various projects ranging from fund and deal structuring, carry and employment schemes, as well as questions from investors and portfolio managers.

Viviana holds a Master’s degree in business law, alongside a “diplôme de juriste conseil d’entreprise- DJCE” with a certification in tax law from Robert Schuman university in Strasbourg, France.
